In this special edition of The Dairy Show I visited Christina Tosi, pastry chef at Momofuku Milk Bar and Bakery to make one of her signature flavored milks. Christina makes her flavored milks and soft serve ice cream at Momofuku exclusively from grass fed organic Milk Thistle Farm Milk. They choose to use Milk Thistle Farm Milk at Momofuku simply because they believe it is the best milk available. On this show Christina shows me how she makes her Strawberry Flavored Milk. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about it, but this milk is fantastic and so simple to make. It has an amazing strawberry flavor and is not too sweet. This recipe is so simple to make and with strawberries in season, I've been making this quite a bit. So if you can't get into the Milk Bar give it a try. Its also good if you replace the milk with Milk Thistle Farm yogurt, which is a drinkable consistency.
