I recently found this awesome blog called Sky Full of Bacon. It's based in the Chicago area and put together by writer/film maker Michael Gebert. The blog is about where food comes from, with a focus, as you may have guessed, on Pork. The video's there are very very well done. These videos (embedded Below) which follow the creation of a meal from a breed of rare pig from the farm to the plate were nominated for a James Beard Award. Unfortunately they didn't win, but are great anyway. Check out parts I and II (here or after the jump!).
