I hope everyone enjoys Special Edition II-In the Kitchen with NoRecipes.com.  On July 14th we will have another special edition up, this one with Christina Tosi in the Kitchen at Momofuku Milk bar, who is going to show us how to make her famous Strawberry Milk using the milk from Milk Thistle Farm Milk.  After that there will be more full length episodes on cheese making in NY.

Coming Soon New Dairy Show Special Edition-In The Kitchen with NoRecipes.Com

Stay tuned later this month for a new Special Edition of the Dairy Show, where we go into the kitchen with Food Blogger Marc Matsumoto of NoRecipes.com. For those of you not familiar with No Recipes it is a great blog that focuses on ingredients and cooking techniques from around the world and despite its name has lots of recipes. On this special edition episode, Marc and I make his version of a Pastel Tres Leches.

Sky Full of Bacon

I recently found this awesome blog called Sky Full of Bacon.  It's based in the Chicago area and put together by writer/film maker Michael Gebert. The blog is about where food comes from, with a focus, as you may have guessed, on Pork.  The video's there are very very well done.  These videos (embedded Below) which follow the creation of a meal from a breed of rare pig from the farm to the plate were nominated for a James Beard Award.  Unfortunately they didn't win, but are great anyway.
