Michael Pollan was interviewed on PBS yesterday on Bill Moyers Journal.  In this hour long program you get a great summary of what's wrong with the food system in America, how it contributes to health and environmental problems, and some ideas on how to fix it.  If you haven't read any of Pollan's books, this is a great introduction.
