Well, this has nothing to do with dairy, but an important post none the less. It seems that New York legend and peeler man Joe Ades (I did not know his name before) has passed away. He was a fixture of the Union Square Green Market as well as other occasional random locations. He had a big voice and always a big crowd. He was a really old fashioned salesman and apparently he did it for fun. He sold peelers for $5 dollars each or 5 for $20. What do you do with 5 peelers, according to Joe-give them to your friends. And your friends would be happy with one, because they were really great peelers. I've got one in my drawer.

Read this in the times today, too. This guy was amazing and apparently a fan of the ladies (or just a bad husband).
